Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, including coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to project managers and clients
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or risks
- Manage project documentation, including blueprints, permits, contracts, and change orders
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees on the construction site
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

- Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
